Rates are quoted in South African Rand and are inclusive of
VAT and Breakfast.

The owners and management of Huijs Haerlem cannot be held
responsible for any loss or damage to property or for any possessions of the guest
occupying the rooms/apartment.
Reservations are subjected to terms and conditions on

Child Policy:
Children over the age of 14 are welcome.
Deposit Conditions:
50% Deposit is required in order to secure your reservation.
Proof of payment is required and should be faxed to +27 (0)21 439-2506. Balance
of total reservation amount is to be settled on or prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy:
Up to 30 days prior to arrival, no charges will be levied.
Cancellation with 30 days and 22 days before arrival, 25% of the full
accommodation is payable; 21 to 15 days, 50%; 14 to 8 days, 75%; and
cancellation of a reservation within 7 days of the confirmed date of arrival,
or non-arrival without prior cancellation: the full amount for the
accommodation will be charged
